Weight Loss tonic

Ingredients required: Ginger, Garlic, Lemon, Apple cider vinegar & pure honey

Take Juice of Garlic, Ginger,lemon (say 20 ml each) separately
Mix them in equal quantities.
Add equal quantity of apple cider Vinegar
Boil the mixture under medium flame.
Boil the mixture until it reduces to 50% quantity.
Cool it and add 3 tsp of pure high quality honey.
The weight loss tonic is ready.
With empty stomach take 10 ml, then in the afternoon 10 ml .
This helps you greately in reducing your weight.

Add 2 tsp of raw honey.
Mix it well for 2 minutes
